California Closets Installation Technician Helper

We are looking for motivated, organized, caring individuals who have a passion to provide outstanding craftsmanship and superior customer service. The installation helper allows the installer to focus on installing and problem solving at the job site.  The install helper will assist the lead installer with basic install functions, driving back to shop for tools, and materials when needed and cleaning the installed systems. This position is also responsible for loading install materials at the beginning and the end of the day. The position supports an experienced installer, and is an entry level position. Additionally, this position is intended to be a training program for the install helper to ultimately be promoted to an installation technician.
